Kyle J. Mangels, M.D., graduated from the University of Oklahoma and received his medical degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine. He completed both his surgical internship and his neurosurgery residency at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
Dr. Mangels is a Clinical Instructor in Neurological Surgery in the Department of Surgery at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine in Tulsa.
Dr. Mangels’ areas of special interest include: brain tumors / vascular neurosurgery, CyberKnife radiosurgery, lumbar & cervical surgery and peripheral nerve surgery. He also addresses various other neurosurgical problems.
Dr. Mangels is a member of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons and the Congress of Neurological Surgeons. He is certified by the American Board of Neurological Surgery. Dr. Mangels has published articles in Pediatric Neurosurgery and other journals.
Dr. Mangels has staff privileges at Hillcrest Medical Center, Hillcrest Hospital South and Tulsa Spine & Specialty Hospital.
