Case Manager

BSN and valid OK RN license

3 Years of Case Management preferred

Recent previous hospital experience

BLS Required, ACLS/PALS preferred

ADN or BSN

Current RN License.

BLS Required, ACLS/PALS Preferred.

Minimum of two years clinical practice with experience in the specific field.

One year previous nursing experience preferred.

Good communication skills, both orally and written, computer skills helpful; ability to work with others as a team to ensure quality patient care.

Provides direct patient care as needed.

Variable Days, 7A-7P or 7P-7A

Current BLS certification.

Minimum six months previous hospital experience preferred or State of Oklahoma Nurse Aide Certificate
